I had a taste for soup. I used ingredients I had on hand. This soup came out better than I expected. Healthy and delicious served on it's own or with bread.

Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds chicken breasts
- 8 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 4 cups carrot, sliced
- 4 cups celery,sliced
- 2 28 oz cans low sodium diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup coarse sea salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1/4 cup italian seasoning
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3/4 cup jarred minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 3 tablespoons oregano, dried
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 2 cups gluten free pasta or any small shell pasta
How To Make slow cooker italian chicken soup

Step 1Defrost chicken breasts if needed. Cut in bite size chunks. Add to slow cooker with broth.

Step 2Slice carrots and celery. Add to slow cooker.

Step 3Add tomatoes and seasonings.

Step 4Cook on low for 8 hours.

Step 5Add pasta and cook on high for 30 minutes-4 hours until pasta is cooked. Serve with bread.
