Winter or Fall, I love homemade Soups over homemade Biscuits.something very relaxing about it.

Ingredients

  • 1 - baked chicken ,skinned and cup up
  • 12 cups chicken broth, low salt
  • 1 package home style egg noodles
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, italian
  • 2 - bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
  • 1 cup onion
  • 2 cups celery
  • 2 cups carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup flour

How To Make simple homemade chicken noodle soup

  • Step 1
    Bring chicken broth to a boil with bay leaves. Add noodles and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir often so noodles want stick to bottom.
  • Step 2
    Add parsley, black pepper, onion, celery, and carrots. simmer for 10 minutes or until done. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add cream to the noodles mixture.simmer.
  • Step 3
    Add flour mixture , cook and stsisr until thicken, about 2 minutes, then add the chopped chicken. Stir to incorpate . Serve with Homemade Biscuits.!!!!!
