- 2 - chicken thigh cutlets ( any chicken will do )
- 1 tablespoon long grain white rice
- 1 - onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pinch black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1 liter water
- 5 - chives, fresh
How To Make quick chicken soup

Step 1Finely dice chicken, discard bones. Peel n dice onion, chop chives. Add all ingredients to pot, bring to boil, simmer roughly 1 hour.
