Hubby works outside most of the day so one rainy day I knew he'd be cold and hungry upon arriving at home. So I got out the pot and started cooking. The entire family LOVED this soup! If you like a more southwest flare to your soups try adding some green chili's.

Ingredients For mama g's chicken noodle soup

  • 7 lg
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 box
    chicken broth, low-fat
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 7 dash
  • 1 pkg
    baby carrots
  • 1 lg
    cauliflower chopped
  • 1 lg
    broccoli, bunch chopped
  • 4 tsp
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 pkg
    egg noodles, no-yolk variety

How To Make mama g's chicken noodle soup

    Boil Chicken breasts in enough water to cover with about 2inches above. Cook until done about 1 1/2 hours on medium heat

    add all other ingredients except noodles and cook about 1 hour.

    Add Egg noodle and cook for another 30 minutes. Taste adding salt & pepper to taste.
