Well the weather changed drastically this morning so I thought some nice warm soup might do the trick, So lean close to the fire and enjoy

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds zucchini sliced
  • 1 large chopped onions
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
