Hearty White Chicken Chili

1 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can(s)great northern beans
1 can(s)small white beans (frijoles)
1 box32 oz. chicken broth (lower sodium)
1 can(s)healthy request cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)4 oz. can chopped green chile peppers
1 pkghot & spicy taco seasoning
1/2 c2% shredded pepper jack cheese, or to taste
1/2 cfat free sour cream
How to Make Hearty White Chicken Chili
- Cook chicken breasts in 1 quart water. Remove from pay and chop in cubes or shread the chicken (as desired). Place chicken back into cook pot.
- Drain and add beans, white corn, chicken soup, green chile peppers and taco seasoning. Mix into chicken and add box of chicken broth. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes, until flavors are blended.
- Just before serving, add the sour cream and pepper jack cheese until melted (2-3 minutes). Serve as a soup with crackers or over rice.
