1In a large pot add chicken, broth, onion and celery,salt and pepper. Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for 1hr. When chicken is tender pull it off the bone ad back to pot, take a cup of broth let it cool.(We'll use later)Add Orzo Pasta cook until tender.
2With the cool borth whip in eggs.Add slowly to soup stir while adding.When done add lemon juice. more lemon better it taste.
