A friend made this soup for me once and I had to have the recipe. Since then I've made it numerous times and have also given it to both my daughters. If I don't have the time to make the homemade noodles, I will use the ones you can find in the freezer section.
1Dice and prepare any vegetables that you choose to add to your soup.
In a large stock pot combine your broth, soups, water & salt/pepper. Add your vegetables and bring to a soft boil.
2While above mixture is cooking you can make your noodles. Mix all of the noodle ingredients together; place a small amount on a floured cutting board and roll out. Cut your noodles into strips at whatever length you desire.
3once noodles are ready start placing them into your stock pot and continue to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
