Ingredients
- 1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix
- 2 boxes low sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 2 teaspoons chicken base
- 1 can sliced carrots
- 2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
How To Make easy crockpot chicken noodle soup

Step 1Place chicken in crock pot and sprinkle onion soup mix over top.

Step 2Pour two boxes of broth into crock, covering chicken.

Step 3Cook on high for 4 hours (if chicken was thawed when you put it in); 6 hours ( if chicken was frozen when you put it in).

Step 4Remove chicken from crock and shred with two forks. Put chicken back in to broth.

Step 5Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.

Step 6Cook on high for another 30 - 40 minutes until noodles are cooked through.

Step 7Serve with crackers or bread.
