THIS IS A HEALTHY RECIPE---- GREAT FOR A QUICK LUNCH OR A PRELUDE TO DINNER. HAVE MADE IT MANY TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE MAKING IT.

Ingredients

  • 1--1.4oz. package vegetable soup mix (knorr )
  • 3 packages vegetable broth, mix (swanson's flavor boost )
  • 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables of your choice
  • 8 ounces additional frozen vegetables of your choice
  • 7 cups water
  • 1--5.5oz cup v-8 vegetable juice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, in bite sized pieces
  • 8 ounces cooked noodles

How To Make easy chicken vegetable soup

  • Step 1
    Bring the water,vegetable broth packets, and vegetable soup mix to a boil. Add the frozen vegetable, and V-8. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add the cooked chicken breasts and cooked noodles. Warm the mixture until ready to serve. Enjoy !!
