I just made this for dinner tonight and its the moost delicious soup ever!!!! Yummy.... I have made chicken soup which my family love but this is just devine, I got all ingredients and dumped them in crockpot this morning came home and the house smelled delicious!!!! P.S PLEASE READ WHOLE RECIPE!!!

Ingredients

  • 10 - chicken thighs skinless
  • 1 medium white onion cut in 1/4's
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper cut in slices or cut in bite size
  • 3 medium carrots cut in an angle
  • 6 ounces noodles, uncooked
  • - salt and pepper, goya seasoning to your taste. or use spices you like.
  • 10 cups water
  • OK I HAVE A 2.5 QUART CROCKPOT AND IF I AM CORRECT THAT WOULD BE 10 CUPS MORE OR LESS...SO MEASURE WATER TO THE TOP OF YOUR CROCKPOT!
  • ONE THING I WANT TO WARN YOU ALL ABOUT!! IF YOU MAKE THIS SOUP FOR AS MANY AS ARE GOING TO EAT AT THE TABLE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS TO THE POINT WITH THE NOODLES....IF YOU HAVE FAMILY COMING LATER FOR DINNER, I SUGGEST YOU COOK NOODLES SEPARATE FOR 10 MI

    Put chicken thighs in crockpot and all the rest of ingredients. Cook for 5 to 6 hours in high put noodles 10 minutes before you serve. Again season as YOU like.
