  • 2 (14oz) can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 2 (12.5oz) can(s)
    chunk white chicken/with liquid in can
  • 1 stick
    butter (not oleo)
  • 2 c
    coffee mate (powdered)
  • 1/2 c
  • To taste
    black pepper

How to Make Creamy Cream of Chicken Soup


  1. Put all ingredients in appropriate size pot, medium high heat. Use whisk to break up chicken and to stir ingredients continually. Cook until thickened & all is blended. Great with Texas garlic toast on a cold winter night.
