  • 1 slice
    onion
  • 1/4 c
    celery tops
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    hot milk

How to Make Cream of Chicken Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook stock, onion and celery 15 minutes; strain. Add hot milk and seasonings and thicken with the butter that has been blended with the flour.
