- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 slice onion
- 1/4 cup celery tops
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup hot milk
How To Make cream of chicken soup

Step 1Cook stock, onion and celery 15 minutes; strain. Add hot milk and seasonings and thicken with the butter that has been blended with the flour.
