now that winter is approaching i like to be able to make soups and stews this particuliar one was posted to a ww site it said 4 points per cup

Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tablespoon chicken base
- 1 cup carrots thinly sliced into coins
- 1 cup celery sliced
- 10 ounces chicken breast cut into small chunks
- 1 1/2 cups cooked white rice
- 3 tablespoons corn starch mixed with 3 tbsp of cold water
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken with rice soup

Step 1In a medium pot, add the chicken broth, chicken base, carrots, celery and chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer until veggies are fork tender. Add the rice, parsley, salt and pepper.

Step 2Stir the corn starch and water mixture. Return to a boil , stirring constantly for minute.
