Ingredients
- 1 pound 3 chicken
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup onions
- 1 - sprig of parsley
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 12 small tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup dry wine
- 1 teaspoon salt, more or less
- 1/2 teaspoon saffron
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 tablespoon pepper
- 1 can petit pois
- 1 can asparagus
- 1/2 can pimentos
- 1/2 cup rice
How To Make chicken with rice chorrera

Step 1Cut chicken into eighths and fry in hot oil. Then in the same oil to make a sauce with onions and parsley. garlic, peppers and tomatoes

Step 2Add stock and simmer a few minutes until the chicken begins to soften.

Step 3Add wine, salt, toasted saffron, cumin, pepper and water from the peppers, asparagus and petit pois

Step 4Bring to a boil and add the rice. Cook about 30 minutes over low heat or in the oven to 400 degrees F. during the same time or until rice is tender
