Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans undrained
- 2 cans mexican style stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans diced green chilies
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 cans canned chicken breast (well drained)
How To Make chicken tortilla soup

Step 1Pour all ingredients except chicken into a crockpot, cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. About an hour before serving rinse chicken and drain it well, then add to crockpot. Serve with sour creme shredded cheese and tortilla chips (we like to crunch ours up in the soup)

Step 2If you want you can use non canned chicken. Just throw it into the crockpot with everything at the beginning, then shred it before serving.
