- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 large can chicken
- 2 1/2 cups fresh tortellini
- 1 cup fresh spinach

Step 1Sauté the carrots, celery and onion in the oil, about 4 minutes.
