1first fill a pan half way with water, then cut the chicken in half long way, then put in pan and add salt,pepper,half on onion,and garlic minced.
2let chicken cook on med-high heat fo about 15-20 min in the mean time cut tomatoes other half of onion and green chile all in bite sized pieces. then in a sepreate pan put the rice in and let cook for about 5 min string offten.
3Then add tomatoes,onion,and green chile in with rice and add the tomatoes sauce and chicken cubes as well. let all cook together for about 5 mins then add to the chicken. whenrice is almost done cooking add the squash and carrots and cook until soft
