I like to just throw things together and see how it turns out. This is something I just got creative over and used my family as the guinea pigs . They love this soup !

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 slices green pepper
  • 4 slices red pepper
  • 2 1/4 slices garlic
  • 2 cans chicken broth, low salt
  • 2 small chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 box noodles, cooked separate
  • 1-2 pinch salt substitute
  • 1-2 pinch black pepper

How To Make chicken noodle soup

  • Step 1
    boil chicken in water,chicken bouillon , green pepper,red pepper ,and garlic (these are for flavor) add a salt substitute and pepper to taste . when some of the water has boiled out add the chicken broth . In a separate pot boil noodles of choice .
  • Step 2
    when You can shred chicken easily add the noodles to the mixture . You can remove the pepper if You choose or leave it to add color to the soup .
