Ingredients
- 2 medium chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 4 cups roasted chicken base
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh garlic (diced small)
- 1 teaspoon fresh sage (diced small)
- 2 medium carrots, chopped small
- 1 stalk celery, chopped small
- 1 cup spinach, fresh chopped
- GRANDMAS KNUFLIES
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup water
- THESE MESUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE, YOU WANT YOUR DOUGH STICKY
How To Make chicken and knuflie soup

Step 1Bake chicken breasts till done. Cut in cubes.

Step 2In slow cooker or crock pot add chicken broth, garlic, sage, carrot, and celery. start on high. When chicken is done add to the broth.Cook for about 2 hours or till carrots are tender.

Step 3In large pan boil 6 cups water, whisk eggs, add water, and flour mix till sticky. Taking a butter knife, take a little dough at a time and slide off into boiling water.

Step 4When all the dumplings have risen to the top they are done drain and add to chicken and broth. About 5 minutes before serving add the chopped spinach. Enjoy!
