Ingredients
- 3 cans chicken broth (15 oz x 3)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 2 - carrots, sliced
- 2 - onions, chopped
- 2 - celery stalks, sliced
- 1 - zucchini, diced
- 3/4 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make chickaroni soup

Step 1Bring broth and tomatoes to boil in a large pot. Add veggies, mac, garlic; return to boil. Stir occasionally. Reduce to simmer. Cook 30 minutes.

Step 2Increase heat to med-high; add chicken, parsley, salt and pepper. Return to boil; reduce to simmer covered 10 minutes to cook chicken.
