Ingredients
- 1 - chicken bouillon cube
- 3 - celery stalks, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 3 cups water
- 1 small onion, diced
- pinch blue cheese
- pinch parsley flakes
How To Make buffalo chicken soup

Step 1Melt butter in large pot on medium-high.

Step 2Cook celery and onion in melted butter until tender (5 minutes)

Step 3Add flour and cook till absorbed (2 minutes)

Step 4Stir in half & half and water, dissolve bouillon cube.

Step 5Stir in chicken, buffalo wing sauce and cheese, mix well.

Step 6Season with pepper and salt (to taste). Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally.

Step 7Allow soup to simmer until cheese has melted (10 minutes) Garnish with parsley and blue cheese.
