How to Make Buffalo Chicken Soup
1Melt butter in large pot on medium-high.
2Cook celery and onion in melted butter until tender (5 minutes)
3Add flour and cook till absorbed (2 minutes)
4Stir in half & half and water, dissolve bouillon cube.
5Stir in chicken, buffalo wing sauce and cheese, mix well.
6Season with pepper and salt (to taste). Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally.
7Allow soup to simmer until cheese has melted (10 minutes) Garnish with parsley and blue cheese.
