Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked & shredded
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- - favorite tortilla chips, crunched up
- 1 cup shredded, cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon jerk seasoning
How To Make blackened chicken tortilla soup

Step 1In large saucepan over medium heat, combine corn, chicken broth, black beans, jerk seasoning & tomatoes.

Step 2Next take the cooked, shredded chicken and mix it in with the other ingredients. Mixing together well. Bring to a boil & turn heat to low and simmer for about 30~45 minutes.

Step 3Next put soup out into soup bowls, sprinkle with shredded cheese, & crunch up some of the tortilla chips into the soup and enjoy.
