1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut tortillas into strips and bake on cookie sheet for 3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Place to the side.
2Heat oil in large sauce pan over medium heat and cook onions, garlic and jalapenos until onions are tender and brown (about 4 to 5 minutes).
3Stir in chicken, chicken broth, lime juice, and tomatoes. Add just enough salt and pepper to taste. Gently simmer until chicken is heated all the way through (about 3 to 5 minutes). Gently stir in Avocado and cilantro and heat through. Adjust seasoning if needed.
4Seperate into bowls and top with baked tortilla strips and serve.
