- 1 package nu- energy bouillon supplement
- 2 to 3 cups water
- 4 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 - yellow onion, chopped
- 2 - anaheim peppers chopped
- 3 - tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - garlic powder and pepper to taste
How To Make almost tortilla soup

Step 1Saute onion, peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes in oil until done. Saute chicken until pink is gone. Combine meat, veggies, water and supplement. Add seasonings Simmer over low heat for 1 hour
