Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 package nu- energy bouillon supplement
  • 2 to 3 cups water
  • 4 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 - yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 - anaheim peppers chopped
  • 3 - tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • - garlic powder and pepper to taste

How To Make almost tortilla soup

  • Step 1
    Saute onion, peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes in oil until done. Saute chicken until pink is gone. Combine meat, veggies, water and supplement. Add seasonings Simmer over low heat for 1 hour
