No. This is not a trademark soup. It is homemade goodness from the lovely lady, Bev, who I stayed with while student teaching. I love this simple, tasty, and comfort soup. I use turkey but this works equally well with beef.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 - onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 cans sliced carrots, drained
- 2 cans sliced potatoes, drained
- 3 cans diced tomatoes (plain)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- - salt, to taste
- - pepper, to tase
- - cabbage, shredded (opt.)
How To Make veggie soup for weight watchers

Step 1Brown meat with onion.

Step 2Add celery, carrots, potatoes and at LEAST 2 cans tomatoes. (The third can is optional).

Step 3Add one can of water for each can of tomatoes.

Step 4Let simmer low for 20 minutes.

Step 5Add Rice and cabbage (opt.) and season with Salt and Pepper.

Step 6Simmer until rice is heated through (10-15) minutes.
