Ingredients

1onion, diced
-
2carrots, peeled and diced
-
2celery stalks, diced
-
1 cdiced potatoes
-
1 ccorn
-
1 cpeas
-
2 can(s)diced tomatoes with juice

1 largecan tomato sauce
-
3 to 4beef bouillon, cubes
-
1 lbground beef (roast and steak can be used), diced or shredded

2 cwater
-
2 Tbspred wine vinegar
-
·salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make Vegetable Beef Soup
- heat onions, celery and carrots in a large stockpot with some olive oil. add the potatoes and cook for about 2 minutes.
- add in your meat and other ingredients. if soup seems to thick, add more water.
- bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 30-45 minutes. serve with cornbread, elbow macaroni or just plain.
