Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 cans water
- tall can kidney beans
- 2 cups whole tomatoes 16 oz size
- 1 can navy beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 box peas, frozen, 10 0z size
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 5 - green peppers, cut up.
How To Make taco soup

Step 1Brown hamburger and onion, drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until water is gone.

Step 2In a large pot, Add the cans of beans and corn,peas and tomatoes DO NOT DRAIN! add, the tomato juice and peppers. ( I use green but you can make it hot if your like and add your favorite peppers) let simmer for 20 minutes or till nice and hot. Ladle into bowls.

Step 3Top soup with: shredded cheddar cheese avacados tomatoes sour cream Tortilla strips or chips I fry my own strips, so yummy.

Step 4Pass the fresh fruit "Ritas'a" and enjoy the evening. xoxo :)
