TACO SOUP

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1 largeonion, chopped
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning
-
1 1/2 can(s)water
-
tall can(s)kidney beans
-
2 cwhole tomatoes 16 oz size
-
1 can(s)navy beans
-
1 can(s)pinto beans
-
1 can(s)corn
-
1 boxpeas, frozen, 10 0z size

2 ctomato juice
-
5green peppers, cut up.
How to Make TACO SOUP
- Brown hamburger and onion, drain.
Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until water is gone. - In a large pot, Add the cans of beans and corn,peas and tomatoes DO NOT DRAIN! add, the tomato juice and peppers. ( I use green but you can make it hot if your like and add your favorite peppers) let simmer for 20 minutes or till nice and hot. Ladle into bowls.
- Top soup with:
shredded cheddar cheese
avacados
tomatoes
sour cream
Tortilla strips or chips
I fry my own strips, so yummy. - Pass the fresh fruit "Ritas'a" and enjoy the evening. xoxo :)
