This is a very good soup and so easy to make. I always make up a big batch and then freeze the left overs for a future dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean hamburger
- 1 large onion ; chopped
- 4 cups water
- 1 (10oz) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 (10oz) cans tomatoes with green chili's
- 1 (10.75oz can tomato soup
- 1 (15oz) can red kidney beans ; drained
- 1 (15oz) can pinto beans
- 1 (15oz) can black beans
- 1 can corn niblets
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 small can jalapenos , optional
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- - salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic(from a jar)
- 1 teaspoon parsely flakes
- GARNISH
- - sour cream
- - shredded cheddar cheese
- - frito's corn chips
How To Make taco soup

Step 1In a large dutch oven or pot ; cook hamburger and chopped onion until browned , drain off grease.

Step 2Add all the remaining ingredients except garnish items ; Mix all together.

Step 3Bring to a boil ; reduce the heat to low and simmer for at least 1 hour.

Step 4Serve in individual bowls and add sour cream , cheese and broken up corn chips . mix and enjoy !
