My MEN folk love red meat, so I always have some scraps of great steaks leftover and needed something to do with them - Leftover Soup! Beauty IS - this soup is delish with leftover steak or a fresh top round cut into small pieces. It's awesome and you can eat it right away!

Ingredients

  • 46 ounces beef broth
  • 2 cans condensed tomato soup
  • 1 teaspoon flour or corsnstarch
  • 1/2 cup celery; chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 tablespoons dried or fresh parsley
  • 1 cup cooked and cooled noodles of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef; cut into bite size pieces

How To Make steak leftover soup

  • Step 1
    Pour beef broth and condensed soup into a large pot and bring to a simmer. Add chopped celery, onion, parsley, pepper, and beef.
  • Step 2
    Add cornstarch or flour stirring consistently and bring the broth to a low boil. Reduce to simmer when the powder is incorporated.
  • Step 3
    Simmer for 30 minutes and add pasta just before serving.
