Steak Leftover Soup
Beauty IS - this soup is delish with leftover steak or a fresh top round cut into small pieces. It's awesome and you can eat it right away!
46 ozbeef broth
2 can(s)condensed tomato soup
1 tspflour or corsnstarch
1/2 ccelery; chopped
2 Tbspdried or fresh parsley
1 ccooked and cooled noodles of your choice
1 Tbspblack pepper
1 cbeef; cut into bite size pieces
How to Make Steak Leftover Soup
- Pour beef broth and condensed soup into a large pot and bring to a simmer. Add chopped celery, onion, parsley, pepper, and beef.
- Add cornstarch or flour stirring consistently and bring the broth to a low boil. Reduce to simmer when the powder is incorporated.
- Simmer for 30 minutes and add pasta just before serving.
