Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 c
    chopped onions
  • 28 oz jar(s)
    meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 3 1/2 c
  • 16 oz pkg
    frozen mixed vegetables
  • 10 oz can(s)
    diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 c
    sliced celery
  • 1 tsp
    beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Spicy Beef Vegetable Soup


  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Note* You can also use one package of Boca Meatless Crumbles in place of the ground beef for a vegetarian soup.
