Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 28 oz jars meatless spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 16 oz packages frozen mixed vegetables
- 10 oz cans diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make spicy beef vegetable soup

Step 1In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker.

Step 2Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the vegetables are tender.

Step 3Note* You can also use one package of Boca Meatless Crumbles in place of the ground beef for a vegetarian soup.
