SOUP For 2
I change the Vegies from time to time, adding Celery or Cabbage & onions as well. . . I am So Sure You too will enjoy, I am sharing a Bowl.
BROWN BEEF IN POT . . .
1burger patty (90 % lean beef)
1/2 tspsalt & pepper
1 tspmontreal steak seasoning
ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO POT . BRING TO BOIL, 5 MIN. THEN REDUCE HEAT SIMMER 20 MIN.
1 tsponion powder or flakes
1 Tbspbeef bouillon (wet) i use better than bouillon brand)
1/2 cfrozen mixed peas & carrots
2 mediumpotatoes, peeled, & diced
1 smallcan v8 juice ( 5 0z)
2 1/2 cwater
How to Make SOUP For 2
- Brown the Beef in Soup Pot. . .til no longer pink.
Add; Seasonings. . . Salt, Pepper, Montreal Seasoning, onion powder .
- Add Water,
Raw Potatoes, Peeled and Diced,
Add Peas & Carrots,
Add; V8 Juice
NOTE: (Many Other Vegies can be Used to Your Liking)
- Bring to a Boil 5 min.
Then Reduce Heat to Simmer 15-20 min. until Potatoes and Vegies are tender.
Serve with Cracker or Fresh Bread or Rolls. So tasty.
