2 lbbeef stew meat
2 largechopped onions
1/2 bunchcelery (chopped; use leafy tops too!)
6 largesliced carrots
1 can(s)green beans (14.5 oz)
1 can(s)corn (14.5 oz)
1 can(s)diced or stewed tomatoes (about 28 oz)

- Fill pot with stew meat and water (so that it reaches 1/2 way up the sides). Bring to a boil, then cover, simmer for 1 hour, 15 min.
- Add onions and celery. Bring to boil, then cover, simmer 30 minutes.
