- 1 can 15-oz. can pinto beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 can 15-oz. can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 can 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, undrained
- 1 can 14.5 oz. can beef broth
- 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- sour cream, monterey jack cheese for toppings
