  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 can 15-oz. can pinto beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 can 15-oz. can black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 can 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, undrained
  • 1 can 14.5 oz. can beef broth
  • 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • sour cream, monterey jack cheese for toppings

  • Step 1
    Prepare slow cooker and add beef, beans, tomatoes with juice, beef broth, bell peppers, onion, water along with spices. Mix well.
