beef stew meat, cut into cubes

medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks

carrots, cut 1/2 inch slices
1 lb
medium fresh mushrooms, halved
1 Tbsp
quick cooking tapioca

How to Make Quick Mushroom Stew

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large Pot, stir the soups and water until smooth. Add meat and bay leaves. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 and 1/2 hours. Stir in potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and tapioca. Cover and bake 1 hour longer or until the meat and vegetables are tender. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
