Ingredients

1 lbhamburger meat

1 lbitalian sausage, no casings

1 lbitalian sausage, hot, no casings

1 cchopped onions

1 ccelery
-
1 cred bell pepper

3 clovemashed garlic

1 tspsalt and pepper

3cans of campbells soup- minestrone soup

1can of rotel
-
1 boxchicken stock
-
·parsley
-
·basil
How to Make Minestrone Soup PLUS
- Brown meats along with onions, garlic, celery, bell pepper and garlic. Drain well. IMPORTANT: Save half for later recipes! Makes a great meat blend for spaghetti sauce.
- In large soup pot, add meat, 3 cans soup, Rotel, 1 carton chicken broth, parsley and basil (dried).
- Bring to a boil then lower heat to simmmer. Good with cornbread. Tastes like you have been cooking all afternoon!
