package of mix vegetables
1 pkg
lipton onion soup mix with mushrooms
1 box
low-sodium beef broth
2 Tbsp
tomato paste
1 bottle
dark lager beer
5 small
potatoes diced in small cubes
2 Tbsp
barbecue sauce
1 pkg
beef stew meat
beef bouillon cubes

How to Make Homemade Beef Stew


  • 1Brine beef stew meat overnight or at least 4 hours.
    drain any liquid off meat and pat meat dry, then brown meat until done.
  • 2Add all remaining ingredients except potatoes. simmer about 45 minutes, then add potatoes and cook until potatoes or tender on low heat.
