Ingredients
- 1 large package of mix vegetables
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix with mushrooms
- 1 box low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 bottle dark lager beer
- 5 small potatoes diced in small cubes
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 package beef stew meat
- 2 - beef bouillon cubes
How To Make homemade beef stew

Step 1Brine beef stew meat overnight or at least 4 hours. drain any liquid off meat and pat meat dry, then brown meat until done.

Step 2Add all remaining ingredients except potatoes. simmer about 45 minutes, then add potatoes and cook until potatoes or tender on low heat.
