homemade beef and veggie soup
trying to get our kids to eat there serving of veggie's in a day.can be tough.my kids love soups when it is cold give them grilled cheese to dip.And they are happy.My son inlaw loves this too!

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen mixed veggie's
- 1 pound or 1/2 pound ground beef..you can also make it meatless.
- 1-2 - cube knorr's beef boullion depending on taste
- 4-6 cups water
- 1/2 cup onion depending on flavor
- 1 can beans,,i like kidney if desired
- 1 pinch salt and pepper depending on taste
- 1 clove garlic if you like it.season to taste
- 1 can tomato paste or sauce
- 1 cup chopped celery

Step 1in skillet brown meat,when brown drain greese,add onion,till soft.You can also season your meat

Step 2In a large stock pot add water and knorr's cube.add 2 if needed.And your tomato...And beef and onion's and veggie's.let simmer for and hour or so..
