Ingredients

2 lbground beef
-
2 lbbag of frozen veggies,corn,carrots,green beans,peas
-
5 clovegarlic,chopped or sliced
-
1/2 bottletomato juice
-
3 Tbspbetter than bouilion beef base
-
1 largeonion
-
·water
-
1 or 2 can(s)stewed tomatoes
-
5 cpotatoes,cut
-
3bay leaves(scoop out when stew is ready to eat)
How to Make Hamburger Stew
- Brown Ground Beef and season with Lowry's season salt.Drain grease.Add meat back to skillet.Add 5 chopped garlic cloves and 1 chopped onion.Cook medium heat for a few minutes.Add mixture to large soup pot.Now add 1/2 large bottle of tomato juice...approx:32 ounces.Add 1 cup water,and 3 Tablespoons of "Better Than Bouilion Beef Base".Add 3 bay leaves.Add 2 cans cut-up Stewed Tomatoes.Add 2 pound bag of frozen veggies and 5 cups cut-up potatoes.Leave skins on potatoes if you like it that way.Cook med-high heat until potatoes are soft enough to eat.Make sure to stir every few minutes while cooking,until you think it's done.That's it.Enjoy!(can simmer as long as you want)
- May add more water,or more beef base.
