1In large dutch over, brown ground beef with onion, garlic, and parsley. Then drain.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper, and all vegetables with liquids. Then add onion soup mix. Bring to a boil and the add the elbow macaroni. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes and macaroni are done.
Serve with cornbread, bread sticks or crackers.
