Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn with liquid
- 1 can (15 ounce) can sliced carrots with liquid
- 1 can (15 ounce) can peas with liquid
- 1 can (15 ounce) can green beans with liquid
- 2 cans (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/2 cup of elbow macaroni
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 - large white potatoes diced
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - large onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground chuck
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
How To Make hamburger soup

Step 1In large dutch over, brown ground beef with onion, garlic, and parsley. Then drain. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper, and all vegetables with liquids. Then add onion soup mix. Bring to a boil and the add the elbow macaroni. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes and macaroni are done. Serve with cornbread, bread sticks or crackers.
