1 largecabbage head,chopped
4-5 largepotatoes, peeled and diced
1 mediumsize onion, diced ( or use a capful of dehyrad).
1-2 largecarrots, peeled and sliced
3cubes beef bouillon
2cubes chicken bouillon
·salt and pepper to taste
1-12 ozcanned corned beef, cubed
How to Make Gloria's Corned Beef & Cabbage Soup
- In a Duch oven over medium heat, combine all ingredients except corned beef. Cover with water;cook for about 15 mins., until veggies are almost tender. Stir in corned beef; add more salt or pepper, if desired. Continue cooking until veggies are tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
