I have always love corned beef and cabbage growing up in Fla. and of course i still love it today as well.. You can also put all ingredient's into a crockpot and let cook on low all day ....

Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage head,chopped
- 4-5 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 medium size onion, diced ( or use a capful of dehyrad).
- 1-2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 - cubes beef bouillon
- 2 - cubes chicken bouillon
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1-12 ounce canned corned beef, cubed

Step 1In a Duch oven over medium heat, combine all ingredients except corned beef. Cover with water;cook for about 15 mins., until veggies are almost tender. Stir in corned beef; add more salt or pepper, if desired. Continue cooking until veggies are tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
