Ingredients
- 1 pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups diced peeled potatoes
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 - bag (12 oz) green giant® valley fresh steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 cups water
- 2 - cans (10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth
- 2 cups diced tomatoes, undrained (from 28-oz can)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Step 1In 3-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.

Step 2Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 18 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. 7 points per serving
