I got this recipe from the Pillsbury website a few years back. I told my family I was making it for supper and they all looked at me like I was crazy! They all ate it, nothing left! From "pillsbury.com"

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups diced peeled potatoes
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 - bag (12 oz) green giant® valley fresh steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 - cans (10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes, undrained (from 28-oz can)
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

How To Make family hamburger soup

  • Step 1
    In 3-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
  • Step 2
    Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 18 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. 7 points per serving
