1 lblean (at least 80%) ground beef
1/4 cchopped onion
2 cdiced peeled potatoes
1 csliced celery
1bag (12 oz) green giant® valley fresh steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables
2cans (10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth
2 cdiced tomatoes, undrained (from 28-oz can)
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
How to Make Family Hamburger Soup
- In 3-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
- Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 18 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
