I have made this soup for the past 30 years, it's an easy one dish meal , add corn bread and what more would you need??

Ingredients

campbell's beef consume
1 can(s)
16 oz tomatoes
1 c
chopped celery
2 lb
ground beef cooked and drained
2 Tbsp
italian seasoning
3 can(s)
onion soup o 3 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can(s)
corn drained
2 c
chopped carrots
6-8
potatoes peeled and diced
1 tsp
parsley flakes
1 tsp
garlic salt
do not add the beef and you will have a nive vegetable soup

How to Make Fall Vegetable Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1cook and drain ground beef, add all the other ingredients and cool over med. heat for 1 hr. 30 minutes
