I have made this soup for the past 30 years, it's an easy one dish meal , add corn bread and what more would you need??

Ingredients

  • 3 cans campbell's beef consume
  • 1 can 16 oz tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 pounds ground beef cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
  • 3 cans onion soup o 3 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 6-8 - potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • - do not add the beef and you will have a nive vegetable soup

How To Make fall vegetable soup

  • Step 1
    cook and drain ground beef, add all the other ingredients and cool over med. heat for 1 hr. 30 minutes
