Ingredients
- 1 pound 90 % lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 package {1.25}oz. taco seasoning mix
- 3 cups water, hot
- 1 can 14.5 ounce size diced tomatoes with green chilis
- 1 can 15 ounce size,drained and rinsed black beans
- 1 can 15 ouncesize of whole kernal corn
- 1 can 4 ounce size,diced green chiles{i use mild}
- 1 cup small pasta shells
How To Make easy taco soup

Step 1In a large dutch oven cook and crumble beef and the onions,until no longer pink,DRAIN.

Step 2Add remaining ingrediants to pan;bring to a boil;reduce heat and then simmer until the pasta is cooked,about 10 minutes.Simmer a few more minutes for best flavor.

Step 3Remove from heat. Ladle soup into serving bowls. Top with shredded chedder or monteray Jack cheese,crushed tortilla chips,sliced green onions and sour cream,if desired.VERY GOOD.
