Ingredients
- 1 large beef roast, or stew meet
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon dried steak seasoning
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- Dash - onion powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can ginger ale
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make cabbage beef stew

Step 1Cut up beef roast into small pieces or use already cut up stew meat,

Step 2I used my pressure cooker but you can use a slow cooker if you like, or simply cook over the stove at med/low temp. To ensure the meat gets super tender.

Step 3Add meat to cooker, stir in 1 package of onion soup mix, dried steak seasonings, 1/2 cup of water and 1 can of ginger ale. In the pressure cooker cook on stew for 30 minutes, then add cabbage, stewed tomatoes, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Careful not to add too much salt as it already has quite a bit with the onion soup mix and dried steak seasonings.

Step 4Put pressure cooker lid back on and stew another 30 minutes. Stew will be done.
