I had a pot of white beans left over from potluck dinner Sunday. And I decided to make some soup it turned out really good. Never know what you can make with left overs.

carrots peeled and sliced
2 stalk(s)
celery sliced
1 medium
bay leaf

bell pepper chopped
2 Tbsp
butter
salt and pepper to taste
left over white beans

How to Make WHITE BEAN SOUP

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a pot of boiling water, add sliced carrots,sliced celery, chopped bell pepper
  • 2Cook until vegetables are tender. and drain.
  • 3Combine white beans and vegetables. Add butter and salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4Serve with cornbread, enjoy.
