I had a pot of white beans left over from potluck dinner Sunday. And I decided to make some soup it turned out really good. Never know what you can make with left overs.

- 2 - carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1 medium bay leaf
- 1 - bell pepper chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make white bean soup

Step 1In a pot of boiling water, add sliced carrots,sliced celery, chopped bell pepper

Step 2Cook until vegetables are tender. and drain.

Step 3Combine white beans and vegetables. Add butter and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Serve with cornbread, enjoy.
