I usually have this on hand as a staple for my weight loss journey. Very filling and satisfying to me for a quick, light lunch. This is 3 Points Plus per serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can black beans, canned
  • 1 can cannelini beans
  • 1 can tomatoes, canned
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 cups chicken broth, non-fat

How To Make taco soup

  • Step 1
    Rinse and drain beans. Put all ingredients in large pot and simmer for approx 30 minutes or until heated through.
