How to Make Split Pea & Ham Soup


  1. Finely chop your carrot, onion and celery and place into the crock pot.
  2. Add your ham shank, split peas and water to the crock pot.
  3. Set your crock pot on low for 6 hours and enjoy the aroma and flavor of home made split pea soup!
