- 2 cans 15-oz. cans garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
- 1 can 28-oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 1/2 cups reduced-sodium, fat-free chicken broth
- 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1-1 1/2 teaspoons ginger root, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons salt
- 2 ounces spaghettti noodles, broken into 2 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Step 1Combine all incredients, except spaghetti and parsley, in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 4 hours.
