Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 can(s)
    15-oz. cans garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    28-oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 1/2 c
    reduced-sodium, fat-free chicken broth
  • 8 oz
    boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1 c
    onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1-1 1/2 tsp
    ginger root, minced
  • 1 tsp
    ground turmeric
  • 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp
  • 2 oz
    spaghettti noodles, broken into 2 inch pieces
  • 1/4 c
    flat-leaf parsley, chopped

How to Make Slow Cooker Morocco Harira


  1. Combine all incredients, except spaghetti and parsley, in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 4 hours.
  2. Stir in spaghetti and parsley; cover and cook on LOW until spaghetti is tender, about 30 minutes.
