organic black bean soup

I had no soup in the house but I had a can of Organic Black Beans so I came up with this recipe. What's nice about it is you can put as much or little of the other ingredients in it as you like or double it.

Ingredients
- 1 can organic black beans
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic or more, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder or to taste
How To Make organic black bean soup

Step 1Heat oil in pot and add chopped onion. Cook until translucent. Add garlic and celery and cook until celery is soft enough to insert fork easily.

Step 2Add 1 can organic black beans, cumin and chili powder. Heat until warm enough to serve.

Step 3You can add hot sauce if desired and serve with toasted bread and a salad for a meal. This can be doubled with no problem.
